- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

We offer standard and express shipping options:

We currently ship to:

- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO addresses (may take longer)
International Shipping: Not available at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or missing:

- Contact the carrier directly for assistance

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@curovaofficial.com with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
